I'm just gonna take that to be done with it even though I meant on the desert below T-bone Junction.
Even if you didn't know the glitch to get down*, I figured people had paid attention what T-bone looks like once you're a way down the road or had accidentally launched themselves off and had the screen go red before you die. For the closer pictures you can see the huge support columns you'd see when you're just normally walking around T-bone. You can see the area is circular which the map shows too. Only T-bone has the life boats mounted around the edges.
*Works on PC at least. Get a vehicle as Scooters and turn right as you leave. Launch yourself off just to the right of the bus and switch to the turret seat as soon as you can. If the vehicle lands right side up so it doesn't dump you out, you'll be alive. Switch back to the driver's seat and drive until you leave the red. After than you can get out if you want. If you want to take someone with you, have them teleport into the vehicle after it lands. It is glitchy and there are invisible objects under Marcus' shop. Eventually you can drive off the map and fall.
