I just got a 360 slim today but I'm having trouble getting the controller to sync. All four sections of the middle light just keep flashing. I tried pressing what I'm assuming is the sync button, the little one on the top left. It tries syncing for awhile then just gives up.
I don't know anything about this console so I'm in the dark. Do I need a cord or something?
