I just always LOVED how their "Sega All Stars" design package looked over the entire competition like Sony Greatest Hits, GCN Players Choice etc.

I've never been bothered by Greatest Hits, black label, all that. The only thing I do like is when certain versions of games might be packaged with an extra disc -- like this PSO having the SA2 demo. That's cool.

Part of the reason it was better was that they kept the All Stars name on the spine. Everybody else plastered it all over the front cover and fucked the artwork.

Plus, the orange and black actually looks good.

Definitely not a deal breaker for me either i have such game like that as well, but i just don't dig that Green Scheme on PS1 titles and Red on PS2 titles. Don't even get me started on those redesigned PS1 GH discs LOL!

You know, you may have a good point there! The same can be said of All Stars GD Rom as well where the art on that wasn't stripped out and was only differentiated by a small "All Stars" emblem on the lower right corner of the disc and a darker tone on the colors which made the disc look SO much better!

Yup! even the Discs aren't drastically tampered with...As a matter of fact, they look better to me

Sonic Colors is great and enjoyed it when I played it. I feel that it is really underrated on Wii. We also need Flake's opinion on the 3d sonic games.

I can admit I enjoyed the first SA but I can't really recommend any of them. If I had too I'd recommend Heroes on Xbox/PS2/GameCube. It's by far the most polished 3D Sonic game IMO.
