Knights of Xentar would be my only guess.
im curious what this game is LOL hell im curious what system its for it definitely has my interest from the dialogue alone LOL
emwerz is correct! It is Knights of Xentar for the PC. In Japan it was called Dragon Knight III and also released on consoles.

It basically has the feel of a 16-bit JRPG, but with some hentai scenes thrown in the mix. It's still possible to find physical copies (Amazon has a few used ones listed right now), but there are also ROMs floating around the internet.

The screenshots I posted were kinda crappy, but my only save file is right at the game's ending where the only options are to walk around talking to townspeople or watching the end credits.

I want someone to name the game and the thing it's in.
no clue what system that cart is even for....but imma take a guess and say "the thing its in" is a cart copier.....and even wilder guess (because they were known for cart copiers at leas one of the companies that i know well for them) is that its a Bung cart copier
Incorrect. The thing the cartridge is in is a legitimate peripheral to play specific games by a major game company.

Well the picture isn't showing up for me now for some reason... but it looks a lot like the NakiTek Game Saver I have for SNES. It's not some sort of 60 to 72 pin converter is it?

Not it, you were warmer when mentioning the Fami....

There were only a handful of games for it and the one in the picture came packaged with the add-on.
