What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

It's not a superhero movie but have you played X-Men Origins: Wolverine on the PS3, 360 or PC? It's a really cool game and it's gory as hell, you should give it a shot.

he hasn't played God of War or Devil May Cry, the obvious inspirations for the combat in that game. I agree it is fun (arguably the best movie or comic book based game this gen), but he should start elsewhere in the genre...

God Of War is pretty accessible and it's really good, it's a great starting point for hack and slash games, for now, avoid Ninja Gaiden or Ninja Gaiden II like a plague.

yeah just in general those kind of 3D action games have never appealed to me much. Though I do feel like I should give the first GOW a go at some point.

Inglorious Basterds.

Not what I had thought it was at all...but it was excellent. Clever, fun, smart and well acted.

I had a lot of fun with Wolverine. Very gory and satisfying 3D beat-em up with unlockables to work towards to keep you going. But it's not anything that's going to revolutionize the industry, it's just a beat-em up with a pretty coat of paint.

Little Big Soldier

For whatever reason, the US never gets the good Jackie Chan movies. We get stuck with movies like The Accidental Spy, Spy Next Door, and The Tux.

Hey BD, apparently you get a free Sinestro corps skin on Arkham City when you buy the GL on Blu-Ray.Not sure if it's just the Blu-Ray version or not, but I thought I'd let you know.

Saw Paranormal Activity 3. It's the same formula, so if you like the other installments, you'll like this one as well. Too fresh in my mind to rate the three, but I'd say they are all pretty close to being on the same level.

Also recently watched Tommy Boy. As much as I love/loathe Farley, that movie always puts a smile on my face.
