no English subtitle however, but there are English languages spoken in the movie since the tournament is held in Los Angeles, California. and the plot is very basic to understand:
"J receives a ticket for the Championship but then disaster strikes as the championship is being held the same day that his family has their yearly get together.... oh no what to do. It gets even worse after that when his grand dad chops J's hand off with a chainsaw, yes really. So J's world collapses as he made a deal with his girlfriend that he would never ever play videogames again if he lost at the championships, and as he never made it there she trashes all his beloved games, uuuhhh ooooh.
Fortunately for J there's a championship in Asia for disabled people, so J of course heads off to play some Atari Jaguar at that event and his life is complete again."

After hours of tinkering, my universal arcade stick is functional. Right now I've just built a GC adapter though. Time for some metal slug anthology!
