Isn't scavenging just redundant?

Anything that is gaming related that doesn't fit well anywhere else

More games just need a pet to go back to town and sell crap for you, like Torchlight has.

The Old Republic has this. Your companion can be directed to sell all your grey items while you're out exploring.
