It's just so tough, I gotta imagine. I've been eliminating stuff from diet with baby steps here, and yeah, it just really is true how you can get the cravings for things and all. It's a battle, lol. Weight is no issue for me, but I am definitely out of shape and think food might be involved in all these weird symptoms I've had for awhile now.

I started to consistently notice at nights sometimes I'd have a formalized snack of a sandwich (just meat and cheese, and we usually have wheat bread), and Doritos. Then I'd feel like my stomach had a black hole about to explode within or something, always felt like crap afterwards yet I just kept going for that kind of late night snack for a long time. But I think I finally noticed that Doritos really do mess with my stomach I think, I'm not running to the toilet or anything like that, but it seems like whenever I have that stuff it just makes me feel terrible shortly after for a long time. I think it was causing weird aches and stuff. So I think I'll quit Doritos as well.

I think I've definitely got some gaseous issues if you will. Not that it's always coming out, but I just get bloated very easily sometimes and it's like the gas is just stuck inside me, I hate it. And well back in jr. high years ago, I did get checked out and had stomach ulcers then, so I was put on meds for acid reflex at the time and that helped make recurring stomach issues I had back then disappear for a few years. Those issues seem to be back again... so I wonder if I've got ulcers once again or something.

I've been taking the Acidophilus Probiotic for the last few months though everyday and I really do think it makes a difference for me in someways. I especially notice when I run out and go a few days without it, all of a sudden the stomach issues and things like that are much worse.

Someone give me a few thousand bucks so I can get some checkups. lol

Meat (not the processed kind), fish, vegetables, fruit (but not too much), berries.

No grains (bread, rice, corn), no potatoes, no milk or milk products, no nuts, no beans (except for the occasional well cooked string beans), no soy or soy products (it's a bean), no processed food.

And no, this does not have to be a 100 percent low carb diet. You can eat sweet potatoes and yams occasionally.

With yams I mean the kind you find in African shops. Not what Americans call yams.

It's not even a strict paleo diet, because in paleo you cannot eat sweet potatoes and yams, and you can eat nuts.

I say fuck nuts, and do eat some sweet potatoes / yams every once in a while...

I warn you though, real African yams are an acquired taste. But after eating them a few times you will start to appreciate them...

You don't have to try this. It's just a suggestion.

To make things easier, you can start with eating only 2 or 3 meals a week with the above in mind. Just to give you some time to get used to the idea and to adjust...

By the way, what is your blood type if I may ask?...

I seriously wish I could figure out my blood type... lol. I say that because I have a handful of paperwork that I'd think would show it, have a big surgery bill from last year, got my thyroid and glucose levels checked out earlier this year, but yeah I'm not finding it on those.

I guess for more random info about my physical self, lol, my mom is anemic. The regular glucose test I took turned out fine, but she thinks maybe I could have a blood sugar issue with big dips and all, so one of those extended glucose tests would probably be a good idea someday too. They definitely sound like a nightmare to me... my mom is borderline diabetic but I'm pretty sure I've been in the clear from that, but yeah. I'm definitely the type that can't really skip a meal at all. If I miss breakfast or go too long without a meal I'll get really irritable and feel pretty terrible, more than the average person I guess.

Check out what this guy has to say about nutrition as this post deals with the transition away from grains and sugars (something he calls low carb flu). Going towards more of a protein and fat based diet has really balanced out my energy (no more blood sugar spikes and crashes are wonderful) and getting over cravings as you've described takes a week or two at most. Only problem with low carb I've come across, though, is burn out after a number of months. Like I said before, try it for thirty days and if you notice any improvements that can give you some direction.

Ticked - I trusted people to do their jobs and now I have to pay for it. So I wont be leaving work until after atleast two hours of unpaid overtime and will be at my second job until well passed midnight.

Smiled - Found a suitable replacement 4slot MVS pcb in my price range. And if the guy sells it before I contact him, he has a six slot aswell.

You should. And you should always keep a paper in your wallet with your blood type on it.

If you ever need a blood transfusion, like fast, for instance after a car accident, that piece of paper can save your live.

Think about that...

Xeo: just donate some blood, and they'll tell you your blood type.

Or if you know both your parent's bloodtype's you could figure it out possibly. For instance both of my Parent's blood types are A, and so I can only have blood type A.
