Guess we have something in common then... ^^Xeogred wrote:Today is my birthday.
Actually, I never made spaghetti with meatballs before. I always end up squashing the minced meat. Been saying for months (if not years) I should try it with meatballs once. If your stepdad cares to share his recipe I promise I will make my next sauce with meatballs using his recipe.lisalover1 wrote:My stepdad knows an unbelievable recipe for Spaghetti and Meatballs. Describing it just doesn't do it justice; it's sooooo good.
Pretty please?...

Okay, since you asked so nicely, here's the meatball recipe. Just be warned; the quantities listed in the recipe make a LOT of meatballs.elmagicochrisg wrote:Guess we have something in common then... ^^Xeogred wrote:Today is my birthday.

Smile - Sold a stack of old World of Darkness books to Half Price Books today and got about twice what I expected! It was enough to buy another tank for Warhammer 40K!
Frown - just tried to turn on my PS2. The disc won't spin and the laser won't move. It's dead. I could'a used that money to buy a new PS2...

Nice, thanks!...lisalover1 wrote:Meat-a-ball-a spaghetti recipe

Shouldn't be too hard to find all the ingredients. Except for that Prego sauce.
Cheapest price on eBay is like 85 bucks shipping included to Belgium... ROFLMAO !
The Cavender's Greek Seasoning I found for less than 10 bucks shipping in.
All the others ingredients I should be able to find locally...
Thank your stepdad for me will ya. Tell him I accept the challenge...

None of the stuff in the recipe has to be brand-name; I was just taking really specific notes for the recipe. Just tomato sauce will suffice, as well as standard Greek seasoning.elmagicochrisg wrote:Nice, thanks!...lisalover1 wrote:Meat-a-ball-a spaghetti recipe![]()

I find Prego to be overly sweet so I would recommend substituting a good jar of marinara sauce that you can find locally.elmagicochrisg wrote: Shouldn't be too hard to find all the ingredients. Except for that Prego sauce.

For Greek Seasoning, you could google for a recipe. Make sure that the one you find has salt, pepper, garlic, oregano at least.
