I understand what you mean. I've been very obsessive about buying stuff at times in the past, and although it might not sound like it, I don't buy the way I used to. Your approach is the right one I think.

For what its worth though, I do really understand about the money thing from past experience, and of all these games I'm talking about, I'll actually be getting two.

Either way, I looked back at what I was saying and it all came off whiny and dickish, which isn't me and wasn't my intent. I'm glad you didn't get that from it, but still, thanks for shutting my fool mouth.

And I'm still working on Zero, I promise. I'm near the end of Zero 2, to be specific. I'll catch up soon.

I got tired of breaking one N64 controller after another due the cheap AI in Blitz, so I bought a Blitz arcade cabinet. So far I have been unsuccessful at throwing the cab across the room in a fit of rage.

Awesome! I have been playing some Blitz on my own cab during games this year...

Of course I do love those discount prices later on. Except Nintendo games of course. Those damn things never go down. They're still charging 50 bucks for Mario Galaxy 1 for god's sake. Its four years old! Time for a price cut! (I bought it years ago, but still).
It was dropped to $20 like a month ago, as part of the Nintendo Selects line, along with Super Paper Mario and a few others.

If only we could do that for every game that pisses us off.

I was just attacked by a bee while pumping gas.

I stopped off for a pack of cigs at 7-11 and the weather is nice enough so I got a Slurpee too. Then I stopped off for gas. I like to sip my Slurpee while I pump, so that's what I was doing. A bee decided to get all up in my shit, so I put the Slurpee down on the roof of my car, figuring it was liking the sugar from it. The bee was absolutely fascinated by me though, or something, because he wouldn't leave me alone! He landed on me a number of times. I kept flailing my arms, and eventually escalated to verbal half under the breath comments. Like, "Get the fuck out of here!" and "What the fuck, bee!?" Twice I had to take a good couple of steps away from my car, because he was all in my face. I ended up not pumping as much gas as I was gonna and just got out of there.

Of course, I realize how comical this must have looked. I couldn't imagine driving by a gas station and seeing some one battling with a bee while trying to pump gas. I would be crying with laughter.

The mental image of this in my head is hilarious. Haha

Must have been something in the soap or deoderant you used today. Or perhaps laundry detergent. I've had it happen to me occasionally too.

Best story I've read today. Bees can be so dumb sometimes. At least they aren't mean-spirited like hornets and wasps.
