Well dreamcast is a pretty big DURR I'd say.

N64 is just kinda an ugly console, though I still think it pulled off 3D better than its rivals.

Its 2D games all looked like ass though, mainly because of the stupid pre-rendered pseudo-3D art direction so many of them used. That's right, Mischief Makers, as charming as you are and as much as I love you, you look like shit with that prerendered crap. I'm sorry.

Your mention of Mischief Makers caused me to look it up, now it looks like I have a new N64 game to want. I overlooked it as I usually use Gamespot to find stuff for older systems, as they have a more complete database of 32-bit gen stuff than most other review sites, and they game the game a 6.7.

Seriously, I, like many other people who have bought a 1015 series Asus, broke off at least one tab getting that damn cover open to upgrade it to 2gb. The good news is this thing runs like a champ. Dual core Atom and ION 2 graphics.

A 6.7 for Mischief Makers!? That's bullshit.

It's a really fun game. Kinda short and easy but it has some really unique gameplay to make up for that.

Definitely worth getting. It's cheap too!

I know it's a big DURR but there aren't many consoles to compare it to . The big problem with the N64 is that most of the games look blurry (Although there are some incredible looking games like Perfect Dark, Conker's Bad Fur Day, the Turok games, South Park or even MK4) but their 3D characters look less polygonal than on the PS1.

What is this nonsense? South Park is downright ugly, and the Turok games (at least the first one) are the epitome of blurry, bland N64 graphics. Paper Mario, Majora's Mask, Donkey Kong 64... these are all much better examples of good N64 graphics.

That's funny, because I just played Majora for a bit the other day, and it was so blurry it made my eyes hurt.

I'm not really blaming Majora for that, because I happen to think its a beautiful, detailed game.

I figure its the system maybe? I'm using S-video.

South Park isn't ugly, specially with the expansion pak, Turok 2 looks fantastic with the expansion pak as well.
