Moving on. Finds for the past week.

All for $1.50 each at my favorite chain of thrift stores:
Sega Genesis Radica Plug n' Play
The Jungle Book (Gen)
Genesis 6 Pack (Gen)
The Incredible Hulk (Gen)
Trouble Shooters (Gen)

Also, Star Wars Ep. 1 (PS1) and PS1 Gameshark for $0.66.

Goodwill:
Super Smash Brothers Melee $3.06

Semiannual local book sale:
Myst (PC) $0.18 (It was $3 a bag day so that's a rough guesstimate)

All the boxed Famicom games I own and have seen were all cardboard boxes. I don't even remember seeing any plastic ones in game stores in Japan.
Really? This is my first boxed Famicom game, so I figured these cases are the norm - makes sense if you look at a Famicom cart and notice the small cut outs on top (where they latch onto inside the case.

I see stuff at Salvation Army and Goodwill with yard sale price stickers all the time. People often donate the stuff they couldn't sell just to get it off their hands. The thrift stores, of course, don't honor the yard sale prices.

Hazerd (likely) paid $16.99. Ryanofcali paid $1.

Sorry alienjesus and Stark, but when I went back someone had completely cleared out the TG16 games. I was surprised as hell seeing as that must have cost them easily $150 total and I know most of the games were just mediocre/poor quality, but out of all the ones you guys listed I only think Fantasy Zone was one of the ones there. Also, the clerk told me I just missed a mint Magnavox Odyssey^2 with 15 games for $50 by a couple hours. Apparently there's some other serious collectors stopping by that shop now. I would have picked up the Odyssey^2 in a heartbeat.
