Tomy Turnin' Turbo Dashboard-2 bucks at goodwill, gotta get some batteries to test it out (will cost 5 times what I paid) Looks like its time to retire my G25 lol.

Maybe post a review with pics of it running in the Portable Games Guide?

Holy crap, I had one of these aswell 0_0. I forgot it even existed 'til now.Mechblue wrote:Almost had a crystal purple N64 in box but it was on hold before I got to the game store. I was shown a Sega in its box but it was rough and missing the padding/foam/plastic inside to hold the system. :S
Instead I picked up the following:
Boxed Japanese Dreamcast Keyboard - 8
Streets of Rage (cib) - 2.50
Sonic 2 (cib) - .89
Virtua Fighter 3tb (missing manual) - 4.50

I only decided to Google it after I bid and won, didn't realize it was only for select games. But oh well. Win some, lose some. I'll probably put it up for sale on the forums here at some point. Here's the Wiki page for it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turbo_File_%28ASCII%29 . Apparently it's just like the Turbo File 1, only it has 4 banks to save to instead of just one. I've never heard of any of those games though, but now that I've got this weird thing, maybe I'll check them out.

Probably not. The games that are able to use it were specifically designed to use it. It plugs into the Famicom's 15-pin port, and that's how it communicates with games. Though there's a 30-pin socket on the back of the unit, I have no clue what that is for.CRTGAMER wrote:Ziggy587 wrote:The same seller was selling this other weird Famicom device I have never seen before. I wonder if it could be modded to do freeze saves on other game carts? I pulled a pic from the EBay seller.
