Has there ever been a decent sex scene in a video game?

I hate when a movie plays some sexy music, show some quick shots of skin and it's completely pointless because you knew the characters were going to have sex without the movie basically spelling it out for you with a silly, little montage

I hate this shit too, but for a different reason than you. I get annoyed because they don't actually show them having sex. I want to see them literally fucking on camera, until they orgasm. Cock teases in movies and TV shows just pisses me off. "Shit or get off the pot."

I like sex and don't think there is anything bad about it. Violence on the other hand, does bother me sometimes when it's a little too crazy or gory. However, I still think they should be allowed to have it in movies. I just don't enjoy it as much as most people.

But I'm also on board with the idea that it rarely adds anything to a story to begin with and usually comes across as some kind of tacky out-of-place diversion.

They can show a character in a state of vulnerability, the development (or breakdown) of a relationship between two characters, or they can help to frame a character as dominant or submissive. There's a lot of symbology around sex, and it can be used to express a whole range of ideas about a character or story through just it's implication. It seems frankly narrow minded to think that all sex scenes exist merely as a cock tease and nothing more, and just as bad to assume that something that is such a major part of humanity's emotional existence has no place in a story.

I agree. The act of sex can most definitely be used to express a wide range of emotions and reactions, not all of them arousal. Problem is, most movies/video games/various other media don't use it to do any of that and focus solely on arousal. Sad but true.

There are some damn good PC98 emulators out there, with roms of plenty of games. I played Night Slave as well as this game on one of them. Ran very smoothly.
