Anyone want to share their personal choices for wrist/finger work-out exercises for carpal-tunnel syndrome prevention for heavy keyboard writers/users? Yeah? No? Yeah...

put on some boxing gloves and hit the heavy bag for a while, you can feel those knuckles get to work!

...could try those finger stretching exercises that guitarists sometimes use?

In the movie he says something about losing his hands due to an accident involving radiation. In the book, the Chinese mob cut his hands off before (trying) to execute him, to show that the corpse was that of a thief's.

It's not really an exercise but what I did was switch the hand I use with the mouse. I'm a righty and about 12-13 years ago, I switched to using the mouse left-handed exclusively. Haven't had any pain in the wrists since the switch. Yes, there was a period of adjustment to get used to using the other hand but after a few weeks, it's completely natural to me.

hmm

apparently if you lose tails while underwater in Sonic 2, he won't return until you resurface, no matter how long you wait.
