The Wii version is the better of the two.
However 4 has been re-released in Japan on the 360/PS3, will hopefully be out in English in the not too distant future.

Aiming directly with the Wiimote is awesome. Just sayin’. RE4: Wii Edition is one of my all-time favorite games.
