Calling all N64 Gamers! - I need some help!

Hi all,

i need a little help figuring out what this game is, i will tell you all i remember/know about the game.

what i remember from when i played it for about 2 minutes in the store when i was a child. the character you play is going through a forest area and either through a magic spell circle or just out of thin air a small blue dragon [or monster] comes up and starts talking to you. thats as far as i got before i was ripped away fromt he game. i believe it's supposed to be a quest based game though. i know it was in 3D gaming style.

games i know for a fact is is not:

Blue dragon
Pokemon
Zelda
shadow gate
quest 64
flying dragon
ogre battle
banjo tootie
dragon spirit
dragon buster

if by some off chance i remembered the system wrong and you know for a fact what the game is and it is not on the n64 please let me know and i will go and have a look.

Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage?

i've looked at that game a few times i think i'll really need to see some videos for it but i'm not sure thats it...

It's kind of a stretch, but could it be Panzer Dragoon for the Sega Saturn? The dragon isn't little, it's not for the N64, and it starts of in a desert rather than a forest... but it has a blue dragon?

Spyro? Again not for N64 but fits the description well.

i know for sure that the main character or the person you play ont he part that i was playing was a human or human like.

Azure Dreams comes to mind. But I'm pretty sure you started in a town, not a forest. So that's probably not it... But I'll throw it out there anyway.

i looked into Azure dreams, it doesn;t look like it either, and i'm not totally sure the game started in the forest as it was demon game i believe so it started where ever the demon started

Is it Scaler? (which was on the GameCube and PS2)

It also could be Chameleon Twist 1 or 2 if you thought the Chameleon looked like a dragon. Those were both on the N64.
