No, you'd have to be a masochist to do that.
Aren't hipsters pretty much masochists?

I was a masochist before it was cool.

I'm joining this thread kind of late, but RE: the original topic, it seems like Racket Boy skews more towards favor with the SNES than any other console. To my surprise, there are very few Nintendo-specific fan sites around, at least not good ones. The only notable one I can think of is Nintendo Age and I do not hear good things about the community itself (though I have never been there so I can't verify these claims). There seems to be more Sega-specific sites around and quite a few of them are excellent. Sega-16 and SMS Power spring to mind. Again, it really is quite surprising to me.

It's because Nintendo fans are too busy enjoying their games, while the Sega fans are trying to promote fanboyism of Sega lol.

Sega fans are cool.

But really I think a lot of this has to do with the fact that Sega isn't really in the console business or quite what they used to be. So I can kind of see these good communities out there like Sega-16 and whatnot just kind of preserving that legacy for the fans and enthusiasts. If let's say in some alternate universe, Nintendo were the ones that fell out, I wouldn't be surprised if the situation were reversed and they'd have more good communities out there while Sega wouldn't.

I dunno, possible perhaps.
