Re: The History of Game Controllers
I like it. A little hard to follow, but I like it.
Systems: Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, N64, Gamecube, Xbox 360
WTB: Boxes for a silver Gamecube System(and a hyperport cover), and a box for an Ice Blue N64 console. Will pay 7.50 for each and shipping.

Re: The History of Game Controllers
That is cool! The turbo touch 360 is kind of out of place in there, though. Surprised people even remember that horrid thing.
Re: The History of Game Controllers
A very nice JPG reference, saved to pic folder!
So many controllers
The NES Trakball seems out of place, I think its just a gamepad with a dome. Where is the 2600 Atari and Wico Trakballs? Good to see so many Retro Controllers, some real memories here.
Should be a Twin Stick Category
I see Space War Dual Single Throw Pot sticks is listed, this should have been followed by the PS1 Flightstick and Saturn/Dreamcast Virtua On sticks. Can get confusing I guess, the original Odyssey has DUAL paddle controls offering the dual handed control the action feel. Maybe a second Spinner category branched off?
Spinner Stick
I remember owning an aftermarket 2600 controller similar to the Bally Astrocade controller. The short throw stick was not very accurate, were they Channel F grips? But a shame the spinner/paddle joystick of the Astrocade didn't make it to the Atari 5200 even though it was proposed. I got to experience the twist joystick with a Microsoft Flightstick for Mechwarrior and the Jaks Ms Pacman TV Games Pole Position twist the stick. If only the 5200 ..............
A ton of controllers, click Gamerforlife's OP link for the big pic.

Thanks! I wanted a picture of a clusterfuck for an article I am writing. This will do nicely.

Zeebo?
Well, this is... pretty well done. Not sure how some of these things branch (like the light-guns) and it lacks body sensors (Kinect, Activator, ParaPara set... even though they have the dance pads and wiiboard)
I liked those turbo-touches! (Though they weren't for all games... and very much NOT for Mortal Kombat.)

My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.
