XIII for the PS2 and Xbox (maybe GC?)

It's basically an average First Person Shooter but it's based off of a comic book and has a more developed plot/story.

The best I can describe is it has a sort of Oceans Eleven vibe to it (but maybe that's because the protagonist looks like Clooney to me). I can't say I'd really recommend it though because it got pretty average reviews, but it's worth checking out if you're into the cel shaded style.

The Fear Effect games were supposed to be fairly good back in the day.

Since no one is mentioning the anime games, there they go.

One Piece, Bleach, Naruto, Yu Yu Hakusho and Dragon Ball games for various systems are solid and cel-shaded.

There's a Saint Seiya game coming out too for the PS3 which will be cel-shaded:

I can't get past that mission in Robotech were you have to protect the shuttle. I even cheated and no luck
Thanks everyone...

That's where I stopped too. I hate protection missions in games.

Would Vagrant Story count as an early cel-shaded game? An awesome and under-appreciated Square game, in my book. And it's also got a comic book feel to it as well.. Was a nice little change of pace amidst the RPGs of the PSone era..

Quite liked Dragon Quest VIII, although damn those load times!

no? That's a pretty standard 3D game. Are you referring to the dialog boxes? They have a comic look but it's not cel shading.

There are a lot of Inazuma Eleven games for various Nintendo platforms. They are extremely popular in Japan. I haven't played any of them yet myself but I have a feeling they are a lot better than simulation soccer games.
