Yes, if you have that cable (red, white, yellow) you will get stereo sound out of a model 2 Genesis so you're good. If you're using that RF cable you can use the Sega CDs rca jacks for stereo sound in the meantime and hook it to an external stereo or sound system.ATARI800XLfan wrote:That's fine. The model 1 Genesis only has mono sound through the A/V port and the only way to get stereo from a model 1 is through the headphone jack (or through the Sega CDs rca jacks using the mixing cable method I mentioned).
