Quick question, is Strikers 1999 just Strikers 1945 2 or something?

Both of these were also on the Saturn, so in a way you get to play some "Saturn" games on your Dreamcast in good compatibility.
Edit: Looks like it was called Strikers 1945 III in the rest of the world, and Strikers 1999 in Japan, so I guess it is a totally updated version of the first 2 games.

Yeah, that is the third strikers game. they added some cool stuff, like tech bonuses for bosses, similar to dragon blaze.
None of the games I mentioned have any console ports. I hate using my computer for MAME, so playing them on the dc.
As for the other strikers games, I'd rather just get the saturn and ps ports, respectively
