Can't log in to buy stuff on Racketboy Store

Post by Xeoloux »

I made an account and tried to log in and i just get "* Required Fields" so I go to check my email to see if there is a verification I have to click on first and there isn't one, then I see this

If you have any questions about your account or any other matter, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or by phone at (555) 555-0123.

Thanks again!

What is that a dummy email and fake phone number!? If someone could help me out that would be great thanks.

Update: Tried to log on to the store and buy something on internet explorer (google chrome is my default) then I got a black hole exploit virus blocked from AVG when I tried to log in. What is going on?

I don't know but I've encountered that exploit like 3 times. Kind of scary.

EDIT: you should probably contact Racket. I think he should know about this.

Alright I gave Racket a message, I hope we can figure something out.
Also when I try to add items to cart all I get is

"Shopping Cart is Empty
You have no items in your shopping cart.

Please continue shopping."

Which is why I tried to make an account that would work with the store so I could create a cart of stuff to buy later tonight.

The Virus Update:
This what AVG says about the blackhole

Danger: Surf-Shield has detected active threats on this page and has blocked access for your protection.
The page you are trying to access has been identified as a known exploit, phishing, or social engineering web site and therefore has been blocked for your safety. Without protection, such as that in the AVG Security Toolbar and AVG, your computer is at risk of being compromised, corrupted or having your identity stolen. Please follow one of the suggestions below to continue.

Nope I still can't log in or buy anything and AVG keeps blocking that random black hole virus thing. I was going to buy a VGA adapter also.

Very weird. I've still had orders coming in ok.
I'll follow up with AVG to see what the issue is. I think there may have been some rouge ad banner on Adsense, but the server should be clean.

Edit: AVG says the site is clean:

^ It just says that nothing was reported by users. Is there no actual scan though?

I remember trying to log on using Internet Explorer, a while back, and AVG gave me warnings. I think this was back just before the server switch.

The virus isn't really the problem its the fact that I can't log in with the account I created for the store. It just says "*required fields" in red every time I try to log in.

It does it's own quick scan of major pages as well. And I would think if AVG would catch something in the wild, it would pass the information to this database as well.

I also use a website monitoring service at
http://sucuri.net/

So far it seems clean, but this service will also monitor things on a daily basis for me as well.

Weird. I just created a test account and did a whole ordering process up through payment while logged in.

Can you email me at rackeboy AT gmail DOT and I can see if I can find your account?
