Any shmup I play I suck spectacularly at, so of course I ragequit. I've only tried a few (R type Final and Last Hope Pink Bullets Edition come to mind) so maybe I just need to find easier shmups.

Trying to balance while walking across the planks of wood in God of War. I died so many times from falling the game suggested I switch to easy mode (which, by the way, only effects the difficulty of the enemies - not the difficulty of walking in a straight line).

Have you played that game? Seriously, the part where you had to jump over the fans...or something like that, it's been a while. Everyone I know had trouble with that level.

yes have beaten all God Of War games, still waiting on Origins to release though, havent played the PSP ones.

Add one of those church platforming sections to get the six medals in Assassin's Creed II. specifically the one where you have to do four timed puzzles to reach the cache. The camera always wonks out at the start, so I lose a few precious seconds, then I'll fall at the very end so I have to restart, or I'll reach the lever right when the timer finishes. Otherwise a completely amazing game.

I don't generally ragequit on shmups. I'm actually surprisingly calm after being killed by the same boss 18 times (Hi Patchouli).

I'm kinda surprised Demons Souls hasn't been mentioned here. Like you know when you die with say 100,000 plus souls? Yea that's not so bad but when you die again on the way to your blood stain? fuck you dragon seriously just fuck you.

get to Scrap Brain Act 3, have one life left, no continues
end up somehow DROWNING.
