Help Identifying an Old Game

Alright, so I thought this was on the Super Nintendo, but after looking through a list of Super Nintendo games, I'm not so sure. I used to play it at a friend's house along with Super Mario Bros. 3.

Basically, it was a rollerblading racing/combat game. You would skate, grab onto car bumpers, and punch other skaters in the face while holding onto said car bumpers. I thought it was called something like 'Scitchen,' but searching for anything with that name came up with nothing.

Did you try spelling it "Skitchin'"? I'm pretty sure that is the game you're describing, but I can't say for sure.
