What type of storage do you use to house your SNES games?

Picked up this beautiful Super Famicom storage cabinet when I lived in Japan.


I have some N64 drawers for the SNES carts, since they fit both N64 games and SNES games.

I could do without the Mario stuff in the bottom right, but that's really cool.

I agree. I've never cared much for Mario games except for Donkey Kong and the original Mario Bros game. Still, the cabinet was an excellent find. At the time, it was more than enough capacity for my games, but now I wish I had a second one.

I can't believe if but I still haven't bought anything to store blu-rays/games yet. Such a shame. I should've jumped on Atlantic Oskar media storage before they switch to those crappy shelves.

I would advise against the black media shelves from Wal Mart. I ended up getting one specifically for my SNES carts, and I'm unhappy with it. The spacings are all off for SNES games, naturally, so I had to make the shelves at customs heights. I used finishing nails to place them where they needed to me to fit SNES carts. Unfortunately, the top three shelves don't have enough spacing to fit the carts AND dust covers, so I have a line of dust covers on the bottom shelf now.



They make these shelves cheaper now. I hate when a product is made cheaper but the price is kept the same. It drives me crazy. The shelves no longer have groves in the bottom to sit in the pegs that hold them in place (now they just sit on top of the pegs). This ends up giving you less space, and doesn't look as nice.

Not sure what I'm gonna do with the SNES carts at this point. Universal came cases are awesome, but I just don't have that kinda space available. As it is, I need another huge shelf, so I think I might end up putting the SNES carts in storage bins and keeping them in the closet.

So close on the cart width
Since the shelf keeps the dust out of the cart connectors, would the dust covers fit behind the carts stacked lengthwise? It might be enough to bring the carts forward for an easier reach and give you room for additional carts.

I have two of these if anyone is interested. I really like them but I ended up having to go with something bigger so they are of no use to me now. What is best about these is that they can be stacked on top of each other to make a tall tower and they have adjustable shelves. I bought them 4 months ago. The shelf spacing is perfect for NES all the way up to modern stuff. If you are interested send me a PM.

I just have a cheap shelf I made myself out of particleboard.

I'll probably make another one in the future that's nicer.

i have more SNES games, this is just most of them, also i cant find anymore of these cases they must be super rare, if you notice is has the official Nintendo logo vertical.
