The correct pronunciation would be something like "deh-oos".

Correct pronunciation is actually "dee-us," but most of the people I talk to pronounce it "day-us." The guys I talked to at SE prior to E3 also pronounce it "dee-us" so... /shrug

Whatever, so long as you get the point across, lol.

It's not "dee-us", unless they are not using the Latin pronunciation and are just making up their own rules about how to pronounce stuff. "Deus" actually still means "God" in Portuguese.

for the record, I pronounce deh-oos, but as one syllable. Kinda hard to spell it out here.
