I just unlocked Splatterhouse 2 in Splatterhouse, was the password system in the arcade version? Asking because you have them listed as arcade versions.

That makes sense, I thought it was odd there was a password system (I have never played the Splatterhouse games before) in an arcade game, since they love pinching cash.

In that case you would imagine all 3 would be Genesis/Megadrive emulation. Update the first post noise?

I'm pretty sure the first game is emulation of the arcade game though. Will update.

You are most likely right. After looking about it seems there was no Genesis port of the original at all. So it was either the arcade or the TurboGrafx-16 version.
