Re: What are you playing?
Just got my copy of Cadash for Sega Genesis in the mail! So I'm gonna play this with high hopes that it's comparisons to Zelda II & Battle of Olympus are merited.

Re: What are you playing?
because of Opa's PS3 thread, I got fired up to work on Hyperdimension Neptunia tonight. Dammit, I love this game. Another of my 2011 favorites.

Re: What are you playing?
Playing through Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and it sucks, last night I was doing really well and totally snuck down to one of the Borgia leader dudes and killed him in the middle of about 20 other guards and then I got out of there and had to run around a bit to lose the guards and then I started making my way up the tower to burn it down and the game froze! Irritating.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.
Re: What are you playing?
I've officially given up my summer challenge because I left off Metroid Prime, and there's no way I play those games and this at the same time. Why didn't anyone tell me how awesome this game was before?

MechAssault 2: Lone Wolf for XBox. I loved the first one, now I'm on to the 2nd love. Love me some uber-destructive mech-games.

Been alternating with Minecraft and Cod Mw2. I saw a list of all the things Minecraft's 1.8 update is bringing to the table, and it looks insane.

Re: What are you playing?
Right now I'm playing a few games.
Final Fantasy The 4 Heroes of Light (Nintendo DS)
So far this game is absolutely adorable. This is one of those games I've never looked so hard for an artbook before. The game seems to take the best of early Final Fantasy titles, seeming to borrow many concepts from III, and meshing them together for a new unrelated adventure. The Crown system is more or less the job system, but expands to Final Fantasy Tactics level of customization. Another feature is all weapons, shields, and armor are uniquely rendered, so two characters can wear the same armor and look completely different. It lacks a bit in plot, "GO HERE BECAUSE YES" but the journey is worth it.
Tomba! (Playstation)
I tried to play this game when I was little and... well I blew at it. And you know what? I still do. This game is a silly "you're thinking too hard" platformer about a feral boy against an evil reign of pigs. But as of now, i'm the furthest in the game than I've ever been. I'm way excited to finally high five my younger self in beating this.
