I really like the longboxes that were either a tougher black plastic with artwork placed on them as a sticker, or the cardboard longboxes.

This is the majority of longboxes. Only 1/3 or so were exclusively available in the hard plastic Saturn-type cases. Most of mine are the other kind of plastic or cardboard.

Actually I have no idea what Sega CD cases were like in Japan? Wonder if they were just normal jewel cases like the Satrn was there...

Well, the actual CD looks much nicer than the US edition does.

I'll admit I get nostalgic for some of these, like Resident Evil and Doom. Heh.

Today is a good day for me. Deus Ex 3 came out, and it's supposed to be great! And the Angry Beavers DVD set also came out today. I plan to buy both.

The most common misconception about me (I work as an office manager, and am a tall, thin, glasses-wearing white guy) is that I am a "gadget guy," or that I have any real IT knowledge. This morning I had a co-worker ask me for help with her printer. Now, the problem is, the last time I did this for her (general computer stuff), it was simple troubleshooting to reveal the problem -- but, this time, I had no idea, and she seemed genuinely disappointed. I had to bite my tongue to avoid getting overly defenseive, but, really... I'm not a tech guy...

Am I the only one that loves long-boxes? I know they are super fragile but still, they are kind of bad-ass .
