Help needed: Sega Saturn Virtua Stick

A few months ago I came across a Sega Saturn Virtua Stick (the black version) for 15 euros. I didn't have a Saturn then but as I intended to get one and being quite uncommon to find one of this sticks locally seemed like a nice deal.

I recently bought a Saturn. I tested the stick and most of the time it didn't register anything when I pulled the stick down.
I opened it up figuring maybe a nice cleaning would do the trick. After disassembling it I realized that one of the rubber pads was larger than the other three so the stick wouldn't sit properly on them.

I know it's a long shot but does anyone know where can I get parts for this arcade stick?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've only really seen kits for Nintendo and Sony pads online. Sounds like someone tried to fix it with a dome from some other device. Maybe you can find something that's a better fit.

I've managed to mod the rubber pad and the stick is working fine now.
