Video Card Hates Me

Whenever I try and run Audiosurf I just get a blank window that pops up and here the startup music. All my emulators work perfectly and same with my visualations and stuff but I havent tried any other pc games that are actually 3d. Anyone know how I could solve this proplem with my 7300 GT?

I would reccomend reinstalling drivers. First try the most up to date Nvidia drivers and if they still seem not to work I would suggest third party Omega Drivers (http://www.omegadrivers.net/). In my experience this has always fixed the kind of problem that you speak of for myself, however it may be a faulty card or something beyond a software problem.
