NIB NES is worth somewhere between $150 and $500, last I checked.

Damn. I have a friend who learned his grandpa had a large amount of NES stuff he had bought for my friends father before there was a family fallout. They had to clean out the house after his Grandpa's death, and they found a NIB NES and about ten NIB games. My friend asked me about it, and I told him to let me do some research, and how he could be looking at a gold mine. I talked to him the next day, and he had opened all the games and the system, played them, and threw away the boxes. I literally have not speaken to him since. Now I know how bad it is, I feel even worse. He said he would cut me in on the mone for helping him out to.

Yea I checked one of the guys and it says he has a complete set, I tried to find posts by them with pics of the box etc, but couldn't find anything. I looked for more info but there are supposedly 2 sealed.

Edit: I don't need any info now, I checked some forum posts and Bronty had The game up on ebay for a ridiculous BIN, after that other one sold. I think it is still listed on ebay, for 50k. That's why people think that their old nes is worth ridiculous amounts of money

Yeah some of the guys over there with extremely rare items put them on Ebay with ridiculously high prices in order to get some extra traffic into their Ebay stores and check out their other items for sale.

Just a month or so ago a couple of pretty well known members over at nage put up a VGA graded sealed copy of Flintstones Surprise at Dinosaur Peak which when it comes to sealed copies is just as rare as Stadium Events. They sold it privately and the buyer didnt want the amount disclosed, but they posted some of the offers they turned down and they were around $13-14k.
