Anybody ever done this?
I notice that there are 4 legs on the original switches, but most that I see on sale only have 2. I take it I can just solder one leg to 2 solder pads?

The 4 legs on the original are just to make it more secure when soldered down I believe. Should be fine as long as you get it securely on. I think the power switch I replaced in my 7800 was the same way.
