Ticked: Felt like crap, super tired, etc.
Smiled: Still got out and hung out with some friends for the night though. I've also worked out doing yoga and other things for like 6 days in a row now, so I think I really am getting into the groove of things here. That's awesome. Think I'm really getting into that "I don't want to miss a day" mindset... admittedly I might take it easy tomorrow to cool off, haha. (and don't worry I'm definitely switching up the workouts and such so not overdoing it in any area or whatnot). I love how this 10 minute yoga workout I did yesterday was about as extreme as the 20 minute one, because it's basically everything you do in the 20 minute one... but with weights. Even if they're very light weights, wow. It was awesome, never have I ever done something that felt like it worked my triceps as much as that workout, it was nuts. Then my arms died for the day. lol

Smile: I had a complete physical yesterday.
Ticked: I had a complete physical yesterday.
All in all the doc said I'm in great health, but man, they don't give you any warning of what they're about to grab, check, squeeze, etc. My asthma was downgraded from Moderate to Mild, which is good, and my BMI is exceptional. And I did it all without my dusty WiiFit.

Smile: Going to see Bob Dylan and Leon Russel tonight.
Ticked: the show is outside and there's a 30% chance of rain.

Oh, there's more than that involved. And drawing blood and getting shots has never bothered me, but man the tetanus shot I got sure did leave a bruise. Plus I got free refills on my albuterol and subutex prescriptions.elmagicochrisg wrote:Now cough...Luke wrote:All in all the doc said I'm in great health, but man, they don't give you any warning of what they're about to grab, check, squeeze, etc.

jealous.
It'll be the second time for me. I saw him some years ago on a tour with Willie Nelson as the opener. They played a minor league ballpark in Des Moines. It was magical.
Dylan just tuned 70 - he won't be around forever! Go see him if you get the chance!

I've had that thought every year for the past 12 years or so. Haha.dsheinem wrote: Dylan just tuned 70 - he won't be around forever! Go see him if you get the chance!
