Really? I am a huge fan of the Master System and I don't think I'd put Miracle World in my Top 50. I like High-Tech World and Shinobi World way more. (and yes I know neither are "proper" Alex Kidd games).BoringSupreez wrote:Miracle World is one of the best SMS games. It's not retarded at all.

Mega Man Soccer.
We had a lot of fun with it as a rental back in the day, but getting more time to play it recently has shown that it's not really all that thrilling in multiplayer (and stuff like Super Mario Strikers on GCN being infinitely better doesn't help).
That said, the game is clearly unfinished, and had a lot of potential. Maybe if Capcom stops giving Mega Man the cold shoulder they could revisit that concept.

As for the topic of the thread, I had a Jaguar growing up. Do I really need to say more?

Bwahahahahahahahaha! But, no seriously, BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Attack of the Mutant Penguins didn't do it for you?Gao wrote:As for the topic of the thread, I had a Jaguar growing up. Do I really need to say more?
Although, now that I think about it, Tempest 2000 wasn't that bad actually. I think more of the games on Jaguar were ruined by that horrid controller more than the games themselves.

Playstation's for the cool kids, N64 is good too, Saturn's for the geeks and losers, and Jaguar is for the kids who's parents hate them.Segatari2002 wrote:Bwahahahahahahahaha! Edit: Just want to make sure everyone knows I'm not being serious here, except for the part about Jaguar. I don't want to get in an argument with Saturn fans.

Yes. It's a fun, cute and unique little adventure game. I suspect it has the reputation it does because people simply don't know how to play the game, expecting it to be a platformer.Gao wrote:Wait, you actually liked High Tech World?

Tempest 2000 was fucking awesome--especially after it got ported to Saturn.Segatari2002 wrote:Tempest 2000 wasn't that bad actually.

That's one of the biggest reasons not to buy a Jaguar: 2 of it's precious few good games are available on other systems, and in the case of Rayman, it's actually superior outside of the Jaguar.flamepanther wrote:Tempest 2000 was fucking awesome--especially after it got ported to Saturn.Segatari2002 wrote:Tempest 2000 wasn't that bad actually.![]()

Oh! Oh! I just thought of one: Rumble. Like OH MY GOD my controller is shaking! I am now totally immersed in this virtual experience! Rumble was, and continues to be, the lamest feature I can think of right now.
Re: That was LAME!
i never understood rumble but used well it give you that extra effect immersing yiu in the game
ninja gaiden on xbox was jist like rumbling all the time which made no sense
and jaguar is one of the the rare things i asked my parents for and I am glad they didnt buy for me!
