Ok, I have a silver psp 3000. I have been reading around the web and now I am more lost than ever. Could someone please explain the benefits, dangers or uses of Hen? I have never installed or used it.
I would like to try it, test it or whatever. Could someone point me to an easy to understand tutorial or explain it to me?

PSP Hen is a homebrew enabler that you have to run everytime you want to use homebrew on your PSP, unlike custom firmware which is permanent (Unless you want to change it).
It's because newer firmwares stopped the ability to install CFW, HEN is in its place for newer firmwares.

Well I have firmware 6.39 (latest) on my psp. Can I run this on it? Any known good download link? Does it run ISO?
