What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?

I hope you collect guides and know their value, because the rst of the stuff =/= AES to me. I think you're better off getting it back.

Don't do this...can't really believe you would consider it. :? Try to fit it all the games in a flat rate box. Put all the guides in another box and ship it media mail since that's exactly what it is. Send both, insure them and get tracking.

Vet came to check up on the girls. Their lungs still sound clean, which is a good sign considering their chronic Feline Upper Respiratory Disease. Phew...

Got some Arsenicum Album for the smallest one, so her skin problems should be gone in a few days...

Fuck! I was outbid on a Gizmondo AGAIN today! I swear, this thing has eluded my grasp for the longest time, and I lost it again because some punk sniped it at the last second! I will get one of these eventually, but I am just always pissed off when I lose an auction that I had been watching for a while. *Sigh* The search continues, I suppose...

EDIT: Well, never mind. I just gave up and payed for one of the Gizmondos on a Buy It Now listing with 6 games included.

Don't feel too bad about it.

I know its more money spent, but I tend to go buy it now anyway just to avoid the nonsense of auctions.

Its stupidly annoying to work on an auction for six fucking days and lose it at the last moment to a sniper.

Congratulations on finally snagging one though!

Thanks; I am actually really excited to start playing it! There is a shocking amount of homebrew available for the system, plus it can run Windows CE games and programs. :) Plus, the system got some alright official games like SSX and a remake of Trailblazer. There were also some unreleased games leaked for the system like Colors (GTA clone), MechAssault, and Rayman 3.

Also, this means that as far as I know, I am the first person on Racketboy to own a Gizmondo! :D

I hear you! I've been hunting a complete copy of Castlevania Legends for years and it never fails - sniped at 1 or 2 seconds left by, like, 5 or 6 bucks! I'm tempted myself to just bite the bullet and Buy It Now, but I figure: 1) the going BIN prices for Legends are way too astronomical, (cheapest I've EVER seen is $150! Sorry, not for one C-rated Gameboy game,) and 2) it's just not as rewarding to finally snag that piece of gaming wonder you've fought so hard for with a simple BIN. It feels so unrewarding! It's like buck-hunting with a BFG..

Damn construction workers started working on the roof of my building at our apartment complex at 8am exactly. I awoke to a pallet getting dropped over my bed :x
