29. Beyond Good and Evil

Technically the Beyond Good and Evil soundtrack is avaible on a Ubisoft site, but it is literally just a poor fan rip that Ubisoft decided to add to there downloads page, so I still consider it un-released.

I'm going to say

30. Golden Sun & Golden Sun: The Lost Age

While the GBA was known for it's mediocre bass, these games had a great soundtrack, with a great use of synths that played to the handheld's strenght.
