Dungeons & Dragons Tactics : PSP

Post by AdamGomez1987 »

Anyone remember this game? I've been playing the game for the past week and I find it to be an underrated game. I realize that the game isn't perfect with some glitches that can be a pain, but I think the game play is still fun and the OST in the game is excellent to set the mood.

I go through the random ideas of creating characters which to me gives the game replayability such as wondering if you'd rather have a paladin on the team, or a cleric ect. as it is a 6 man party at a time with so many options to choose from. Naturally, I understand that for a 3.5 edition that the game lacks a lot of stuff such as multi classing and prestige classes, but I feel the game can still pose some fun as I've played some pretty ugly D&D games, I was about to look into the 4E game they created but once I found out that I couldn't be an elf avenger...forget it! lol

never played this. Actually, I've never even heard of a D&D Tactics for PSP. Which is surprising, cuz I do love Tactics games. I'll look into it.

I recommend it, I personally think it's more fun than Final Fantasy tactics games but that's just me :)

that's not Gomez.

At least use Raul Julia from SF the movie and strike a happy medium...

that's a pretty bold statement! FFT is a favorite of mine.

admittedly, D&DT does look pretty damn good:

so, what is it about D&DT that you like better than FFT. You've got me interested.

The Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 based game play. You have a diverse group of races and classes and different feats and stats to custom build the characters to your specification and how you have their formation when you send them off on adventures.

From what I played for the Playstation version of Final Fantasy Tactics little animated 2.5D graphics, it was a good game but it felt too stiff and changing classes to me wasn't as fun, afterall Final Fantasy tactics got their idea from Battle Ogre/Tactics Ogre when they made the game.
