the pic on Amazon doesn't have the "Trintron" logo on the upper left side and it says "Date first available at Amazon.com: September 4, 1973"CRTGAMER wrote:Damn you now I want, Looking on Craigs List, EBay and Amazon ...............sevin0seven wrote:@ CRT: i love it too. it doesn't have Svideo, only AV inputs (with RF of course). Out of stock anyways, past experience is sometimes the used model doesn't match the pic. Also shipping might be expensive and risk of damage. Even though I have a Commodore monitor, I am very tempted because of the portable 12 volt aspect for car shows. I run a 10.4" TFT LCD for PS2 gaming at the event, but still sometimes not bright enough. The "Vector" lines of REZ are hard to see though the Rail Shooter music is a crowd pleaser. Sometimes I haul a 19" Phillips for Dreamcast House of the Dead Lightgun action, but it drains the spare car battery within a couple of hours thru the AC step up converter.sevin0seven wrote:the pic on Amazon doesn't have the "Trintron" logo on the upper left side and it says "Date first available at Amazon.com: September 4, 1973"CRTGAMER wrote:Damn you now I want, Looking on Craigs List, EBay and Amazon ...............sevin0seven wrote:@ CRT: i love it too. it doesn't have Svideo, only AV inputs (with RF of course). Somebody hit me, already have a Commodore monitor.o..k..a..y. manufacture date on mine is Jan. 1998.
The Sony CRT looks idea with brightness and power draw, I'll have to keep an eye out thru Craigs List, Thrift Stores and Swap Meets.

That's not mini. Back in the day (re: 1985) that WAS the size of a Japanese TV! (And. It. Was. AWESOME.)sevin0seven wrote:smile: took today's off and currently playing my mini radica genesis with my mini "10 inch TV.![]()
Prodigy's Personal Web Pages finally turned to dust this month. My old haunt of nearly 20 years has finally gave up the ghost.
Sad, but inevitable. The parent company (AT&T/SBC/Yahoo) even let them live an extra month. I already moved all the files (forgot my avatar here linked to the old address... :fixed:), but the new host is a lot more clunky than the old one. And not every (P*) site made the transition.
My scheduling skills have died of dysentery; I hope to visit at least on a monthly basis.
Still, don't forget to tip your waitress.
