Nintendo 3DS Getting Netflix Tomorrow!

It seems that the 3Ds will be getting an update tomorrow that will include a Netflix application! I didn't expect it to come so soon. It would be nice if there was actual 3D content available for streaming, but hey, I'm not complaining.

Personally I can't stand watching movies on devices so tiny. I know it can be convenient, but whenever I've tried I just find myself severely wanting to watch whatever I'm watching on a television or computer monitor instead.

I'm sure the Vita will get Netflix. As it stands, I don't think the PSP is powerful enough to support it.

no of course not. But I have zero interest in 3DS. To be fair, I have little interest in Vita. I think Sony should have at least allowed streaming Netflix to PSP via Remote Play.

I'll download it tonight! Half of my netflix viewing is on my ipod touch so I am used to watching on a small screen. it's real convenient when you're watching before bed.

If I had a 3DS, I'd be pretty excited right now. And to think, 10 years ago we were just glad to have 16 bits in our portable systems. Portable systems have come quite a distance.

Because of the small screen, it will probably look better than on a regular TV. Shrunk pictures look better than they really are at full size.

Wow, after looking into it, Netflix actually WILL be offering some 3D videos soon for streaming, so there will be an advantage to watching it on the system!
