I just want to know how or what do I need to max out my wii. I want to also get some gamecube games since I have a controller. any ideas would be a great help. Thanks.
P.s I have all the mario's and I love fighting games and retro 2d games. I also love shooting games like house of the dead or any arcade style type games shooters, fighting, and I want to pick up a fitness game also. Thanks

There are some great herbal supplements that can naturally maximize your wii.

IMO, playing Wii on a CRT TV Monitor (with Composite or S-Vid) is much better than a LCD monitor.

I was so expecting this to be a spam post.

As for maximizing, do you want to do it "legit" or not legit? "Legit", you can softmod to open up your region free capability, build your library and mess with homebrew/emulators, etc. Not legit, you can do all of the above, plus pirate the shit out of the games, load them from a USB hard drive, pirate the VC/WiiWare games .. and grab a WODE for the same flexibility with GameCube games.
Edit: My maximized Wii at the moment, with the internal hard drive temporarily replaced with the DVD drive.

Re: How to maximize your wii
Component cords make a big different to my eyes. They're a lot better than composite. If you have a widescreen TV be sure to set the wii to widescreen mode. Set it to 480p if your TV can handle that after you get the component cords.
Get some more controllers for the wii and gamecube. If you want to play GC games you'll need a memory card. Get an official memory card.
You say you have all the Marios, does that include all the spinoffs like mario kart and smash bros? Do you have all the Mario games for the Wii and the GC?
GC Games:
Pikmin
Pikmin 2
Chibi Robo
Those games actually all have new play control versions for the wii, but only pikmin new play control was released in the US. You'd have to import the others from somewhere.
Other GC games:
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
The Legend of Zelda: Four Sword Adventures
Pac-Man VS. (if you have a GBA anyway)
