Just updated as I'd been putting it off until I backed settings up in case I had issues. Link working in 5.0.1 for me.samsonlonghair wrote:I'm running firefox 5.0.1... go figure.

Back on topic, one of my favorite little features of the Game Boy Player is the little eject switch on the side. This shows that Nintendo put a little forethought into the design of the Game Boy Player. You don't have to pick up your Gamecube just to eject your cartridge.
Another cool feature is that the audio is greatly improved. You can't tell from the tiny, tinny, terrible speaker built into a Game Boy Advance, but some of these GBA games are programmed with great audio. If you connect your Gamecube to practically any stereo, you will find a drastic improvement in audio quality.

Yeah the sound is a lot nicer. I was enjoying Kirby's Dream Land music just this morning.
I think some game can play stereo sound instead of mono too. I'm not sure though.

You mean the cartridge launcher?samsonlonghair wrote:Back on topic, one of my favorite little features of the Game Boy Player is the little eject switch on the side.
They pretty much all do. Even the original GameBoy had stereo sound by design, for when you use headphones.DinnerX wrote:I think some game can play stereo sound instead of mono too. I'm not sure though.
