I just picked up a N64 last week. I ended picking up super smash bros, mario kart 64, goldeneye, and mario 64. I thought of putting this question out. Out of the 3 consoles which nintendo console has the best first party games. I want to make a poll and probably change the title but I am not sure how to do a poll and I need help with the title. Any help will be appreciated.
So I am thinking betweeen the nintendo 64, gamecube, and wii. I am talking about metroid, the mario kart, zelda, mario tennis, paper mario, mario party, mario golf, etc. I am having a hard time to choose because I just got the 64 but I also play the wii versions and right now I am all amped up on the 64 so it's not fair for me to choose.
Any help on this would be a great deal. I would like to know how to put this on a poll or if there is already one that exist. Thank you
Which nintendo console had the best first party games?
Re: Which nintendo console had the best first party games?
Maybe we can do out of those three which system was better? I just reliazed that I want to put out all the games like diddy kong racing, andthe donkey kongs, f zero, starfox, etc. Maybe we can go that route also.
Re: Which nintendo console had the best first party games?
I think their track record with first party games is good for all their consoles. However the one I'm most fond of is the N64, followed in second by the Gamecube. I played those as a kid/teenager and the first party games were the ones I enjoyed most.

I thought the three Nintendo consoles were the NES, Gameboy and SNES. Oh well, carry on.

Well we all know that the nes and snes are the two greatest consoles of all time. That's why I did not include them. If I added those two I think everyone would choose those two.Breetai wrote:mas wrote:So I am thinking betweeen the nintendo 64, gamecube, and wii.![]()

Does the Wii's ability to play GCN games count? If so, Wii would be my pick.

I'm guessing he's trying to judge based on software created specifically for the system. Otherwise, of course the GC has no chance.ZenErik wrote:Does the Wii's ability to play GCN games count? If so, Wii would be my pick.
Personally, I'd go with the Wii. All it needs is an F-Zero game. Waverace would be nice, too.

Wii also needs StarFox.Breetai wrote:I'm guessing he's trying to judge based on software created specifically for the system. Otherwise, of course the GC has no chance.ZenErik wrote:Does the Wii's ability to play GCN games count? If so, Wii would be my pick.

I dunno, it'd be hard for me to pick. The Cube kinda sways my vote because of Luigi's Mansion. But I'm a Luigi fanboy and I loved that game, so I might be biased.
I abstain.
By the way Mas, if you want to make this topic an actual poll, go into the edit mode on your first post, and scroll to the bottom. You'll find a menu and some text boxes that will let you add a poll to the topic.
