What happened to eBay's search function?

Something changed about the search function on eBay and in an attempt to facilitate searching it now groups everything by the games' UPC numbers. If you're looking for a specific game on a specific system that's fine, but it seems unable to handle generic searches now.

For example I've got several of my own items listed right now. They're all Korean games and many of them are Sega items. If I do a search for "Korean Sega" I can't just view a list of all the results for that search. I happen to have Ghostbusters and Bonanza Brothers listed for the SMS, so I can view those individual results, but I can't just view everything together.

If I do another generic search for says "Super Nintendo factory sealed" I get the same grouping bullshit instead of just being able to view everything at once.

It's shit.

Does anyone know to revert this? I'm mostly worried that people will have a difficult time finding my items, especially as people are most likely to do generic searches for Korean games rather than seeking out a specific game or two.

[EDIT]: Well, in my own frustration I made a thread too quickly without searching for solutions on on my own. It seems this is some new eBay search called "Best Search." If you prefer the original search results just change the 'sort by' drop down menu to "time ending soonest"

Use the "ending soonest" or "newly listed" search filter. The default is "best match". "Best match" brings up the listing format you are referring to.

Thanks for pointing out how to change it, because I hate this new "feature".

It complicates a simple thing in an effort to simplify.

Why fucking fix things that aren't broken? Damn.
