Sturmwind Delayed?

Post by bacardipr05 »

visited the dev website today looks like this game is delayed to Q4. Just though i give a heads up was looking forward to this game it appeared to be a nice game....Hopefully it will still come out for the beloved DC....I heard that sales of Fast Stryker where good so hopefully RedSpot an the Dev will still release it for DC :?

You know, I was thinking about it yesterday, the 2nd Quarter ended yesterday, and not a word from them. Oh well, as long as it comes out before the end of the year I will be happy.

I was going to wait till it actually came out an order it. So i checked the website now says Q4 was looking forward to it. This actually looks like one of the better recent Shootemups released on the DC...Every time a game like this gets delayed i worry if it will come out...

The game first surfaced under the name Native an Atari Jaguar CD demo featuring just one playable level. The graphics were regarded as impressive for Jaguar standards, the demo had no audio. Development was eventually resumed and shifted for Dreamcast.

Yup, it was an Atari Jaguar game first, so it went from being on a 64bit to a 128bit system, and they really polished it up in that time.

Hard to believe it was on a Jaguar though.

You can see the site of the game here and see many more screens.
