NoA did break the silence on the subject with some ambiguous bullshit. That could mean anything and have absolutely nothing to do with these games.

Yup, easy to say for someone that had to import a shitload of games just to be able to play them. Xenogears, Final Fantasy Tactics, Chrono Cross, Grandia III, Grandia Xtreme, Parasite Eve, Threads of Fate, Persona I & II, Brave Fencer Musashi, Lack of Love, Cosmic Smash, Deep Freeze,...

And that's just to name a few really...

I mean, seriously, import the damned game and buy an import Wii or softmod the one you have...

Of course I would have, I never said the opposite. It's just that I feel like some people make to much of a drama out of it. Like I said, we should all -PAL and NTSC users alike- be happy we get an english translation. I'm sure you guys would also settle for a PAL english version of The Last Story if it would be that, or no english version at all...

And it's 2011. The world has become a small place. I'm sure it's not that hard -or expensive for that matter- to import a game than it was 15 years ago...

I think its a shame when any game is denied release in one region or another, especially when there's no apparent reason for it. I know the obvious thing in this case is the money, but... its hard for me to accept that when Nintendo is rolling in Wii printed money with only two major releases in the works for the next year.

Having said that though, I'm glad its coming out in Europe in English. At least I can still play it without an impenetrable language barrier.

If Xenoblade doesn't come out here, I'll import. Its not ideal, but at least I won't miss out entirely.

Hopefully The Last Story gets translated as well, and I guess it will from what I saw in those articles.

If Xenoblade doesn't come out here, I'll import. Its not ideal, but at least I won't miss out entirely.

I'm sure having an imported version of a game that did not have a local release also has its charms.

At least that's how I feel about my imports... ^^
