Maybe we could have it set up so that Racketboy registration is by invite only. One could contact a mod through email and ask for an invite, and the mod would talk to that user and verify before inviting that they would be a good addition to the site. It would be extra work though, so I don't think it would ever happen. But it would cut down on the number of new members who have nothing worth saying.
