Sorry you bought Reborn... haha, that was the last DLC I bought and I was pretty disgusted with how short it was, I honestly think it took myself only an hour at most.
I preordered it on Amazon since they are giving away a $20 credit and some other goodies with it and I want to support the series. I also like the idea of single player DLC instead of map packs for FPS, so I was happy to buy Reborn even if it is a bit overpriced.

i never was a big sonic fan. the original sonic and sonic cd are the only two sonic games i have ever beaten. i just don't like the crazy ass level designs. also, i hate that sonic is portrayed as being fast. but, to actually be fast with sonic you have to memorize the levels because there is shit everywhere in the levels that you run into. i can probably only get sonic running fast for only a second or two before running into an enemy or running into a wall and stopping completely.
and i never understood the time travel aspect of the game. not to mention the small scene you have to sit through every time you travel through time just kills the flow of the game.

Personally, I think the Marvel vs Capcom series peaked around Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter. With Marvel vs Capcom 2, I felt like the series stopped being a 2D fighter and instead simply turned into 2D Chaos with a massive roster being the games only lasting appeal.
With Marvel vs Capcom 3 I can feel a really strong thread of Tatsunoko vs Capcom running through it - intuitive input, a little more balance, and some great fan service - all things that were lacking from MvC2.
On the flip side, the game felt very chaotic and button mashy - the exact things I did not like about MvC2.
I'll need to spend more time with this one to decide how I really feel about it but it's not grabbing me the way Tatsunoko vs Capcom did.
...oh and could we get someone besides Ryu for once, thanks?
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

This was my problem. TvC grabbed me for months and did not let go (it still hasn't really), but MvC 3 did nothing but underwhelm me. TvC just seems like a stronger game on all fronts, not to mention a stronger retail package with more/better content.
